At CIVIQ Health we know that deciding to get help is always a difficult and challenging process that can also be complicated and confusing.   That is why we have a small compassionate admissions team who is here to be a resource for you and your family.  It is important to remember that the information gathered during pre admission is essential in getting someone enrolled and on board for treatment; and is often critical to the continued engagement of you or your loved one throughout treatment.

Assessment

From the first phone call with our Admissions staff, we begin to gather key information in order to create a complete understanding of the situation and how we can help.  The most important part of this process is transparent communication so everyone feels as comfortable as possible during such a crucial time.  We also need to ensure that we are in the best position to meet the clients needs.  Some of the information gathered at this time may include, medical history, psychiatric history, legal history, substance abuse history, and current/past medications.  We understand that this information is personal and highly detailed, however it is important to remember that it is also completely confidential.

Eligibility

Insurance and payment options will also be discussed during your initial contact with admissions.  Verification of insurance can often be done over the phone or in a matter of minutes following the first call.  This verification gives us a clear picture of your insurance eligibility and any patient responsible costs associated.  Insurance is a confusing piece of the puzzle when it comes to seeking treatment.  Being comfortable with these details is equally as important as everything else. Scheduling

Scheduling is the final step in the admissions process.  CIVIQ Health has multiple locations that all offer transportation to and from the facilities for incoming clients that have completed the pre admission process.  CIVIQ Health recognizes that the willingness to admit to treatment is a delicate and timely event and as a result our goal is to assist with transportation as soon as reasonably possible.  Our admissions team will setup a pickup location and time and remain in contact with you throughout the process. Ultimately, CIVIQ Health is determined to make sure that you or your loved one is treated like one of our family from moment one throughout the treatment process.  This means honest and open communication, transparent education, and compassionate care.
