As Director of HR and Finance, Lori is responsible for maintaining and analyzing the financial records and budgets, establishing accounting policies & procedures, and overseeing the revenue cycle management team and human resource administration. Lori has over 18 years of experience in the accounting field. Prior to joining STR, she worked in public accounting in the areas of corporate and individual taxation, financial statement preparation & analysis, and auditing. She also served as the Controller for a major manufacturing company.
Lori earned her Bachelor’s in Accounting and Master’s in Taxation degrees from the Stillman School of Business at Seton Hall University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. In Lori’s free time, she enjoys cooking, gardening, and trying out new restaurants with her daughter
